At Forest Beef we are a rare breed cattle farmers based in the heart of Somerset. We have been working with the forestry commission to not only produce great tasting beef but also to help restore deforested areas from the grass up.

Long horn cattle are a hardy breed that are more resilient to disease and can cope with forest conditions.

At Forest Beef we are committed to great food and producing fantastic products. Our animals are slaughtered locally without discomfort or travel, and we are proud of our livestock lifestyle.

In addition to Longhorn beef we also produce and sell pork and other farm produce.
